Fats Are Not Calories — They’re Messages

For years we were told fat is either “bad” or “fattening.”But that’s an oversimplification.
Fat is metabolic language. The question is - what message are you choosing to send
Every type of fat communicates something slightly different to your cells:
• Some signal stability• Some signal stress• Some signal rapid fuel• Some signal inflammation
Your body doesn’t hear “fat.”It hears molecular instruction.
For example:
🧈 Traditional animal fats and cacao butter tend to signal structural stability and steady energy.
🫒 Olive oil signals fluidity and flexibility.
🌻 Highly processed seed oils, especially in excess, can signal oxidative stress.
This isn’t about fear.It isn’t about extremes.
It’s about clarity.
When we choose fats that are:• Traditional• Minimally processed• Heat stable• Context appropriate
We send a signal of safety and sufficiency to the body.
And when the body senses safety, it shifts toward repair.
Food is not just fuel. It’s conversation.
Choose fats that speak the language of stability.
