🌱 Why This Question Matters

Few food choices are more debated than vegetarian versus meat-inclusive diets. From the Aurigen Path, this isn’t about right or wrong — it’s about resonance and sovereignty. What nourishes one person may deplete another. The key is learning to listen to your body’s blueprint. Don't follow either path because it is someone else's - they do not have your unique makeup.


🌿 Vegetarian / Plant-Based Path

Gifts

  • Lighter vibration, supportive for meditation and subtle perception.

  • Plants carry direct solar codes — chlorophyll, minerals, colors.

  • Gentler on digestion for some constitutions.

  • Aligns naturally with climates where plant abundance is year-round.

Challenges

  • Risk of depletion (B12, iron, essential fatty acids).

  • Protein often depends on grains/legumes, which can be compromised.

  • May “unground” some people, leaving them airy but not embodied.


🥩 Meat-Inclusive Path

Gifts

  • Deep grounding, fascia and blood building.

  • Nutrient density (B12, heme iron, carnitine, fat-soluble vitamins).

  • Traditional cultures thrived on animal foods, especially organ meats, broths, and fats.

  • Can stabilize nervous system and blood sugar for sensitive or depleted people.

Challenges

  • Modern meat supply carries synthetic burdens (antibiotics, hormones, feedlot energetics).

  • Overconsumption may lead to stagnation, acidity, or heaviness.

  • Requires ethical, sovereign sourcing to avoid resonance with fear or trauma.


✨ Aurigen Perspective

  • Resonance, not ideology. Some bodies thrive with more animal support; others align with lighter plant focus.

  • Climate & ancestry matter. Northern peoples often need animal fats/proteins; tropical climates support more plant-forward eating.

  • Cycles matter. Even within one person, there may be seasons for more meat and seasons for lighter plants.

  • Tone of gratitude transforms the field. A small amount of meat blessed and honored may nourish more cleanly than large volumes of industrial plants.

  • Plants as Light Carriers → bring color, chlorophyll, and high-frequency reminders.

  • Remembrance before eating → a breath, tone, or blessing resets any food into coherence.
